Google Parent Information
All students in JPS have access to both G Suite core applications and G Suite additional services.
Students in grades PK-5 have access to G Suite core applications such as Docs and Sheets, and some additional applications such as the Chrome Web Store, but do not have access to email.
Students in grades 6-8 have access to G Suite core applications such as Docs and Sheets, and some additional applications such as Clever and have access to email inside our JPS G Suite domain (jpsms.org).
Students in grades 9-12 have access to G Suite core applications such as Docs and Sheets, and some additional applications such as Clever and have access to email both inside and outside our JPS G Suite domain (jpsms.org).

Note that Google does not use any user personal information (or any information associated with an G Suite for Education Account) to target ads for G Suite for Education users in primary and secondary (K–12) schools, and any statements about ads on those pages are overridden by this restriction from our Privacy Notice.

Parents can visit myaccount.google.com while signed in to their child’s G Suite for Education account to view and manage the personal information and settings of the account.
