Below are common tech issues and information on how to address them.
ALL EMPLOYEES must reset their password using the same process as usual. Employees must go to the Reset Your JPS Password and complete the information to reset.
Office 365 and jpsms.org account passwords are synced so the same password will work for both accounts after you reset. Always wait about 20 minutes to ensure the syncing process has had time to work.
Try restarting the device. If you are still having problems, please submit a Help Desk ticket here .
You must reset your password from the SSRPM. Please click here and follow the directions.
You must login to the WiFi using the JPSD Employee. The login information is the same as your email credentials.
Make sure you can login to your jpsms.org account. If you cannot login to jpsms.org, reset your password using the steps above.
If you still cannot get into Clever, contact your Clever School Tech Leader to verify you are in Clever correctly.
