What if a scholar cannot login?
Inform your building's designated person for resetting students' passwords for Google and Clever.
What if I cannot log in to Clever?
Make sure you are selecting "Login with Google." Your login information is the same as your credentials for your jackson.k12.ms.us account.
I have already reset my password. Why can I not log in?
You must reset your password from the SSRPM. Please click here and follow the directions.
What if my district-issued device does not connect to the internet while on school grounds?
Try restarting the device. If you are still having problems, please submit a Help Desk ticket here .
What if my personal device does not connect to the internet?
You must login to the WiFi using the JPSD Employee. The login information is the same as your email credentials.
