Inform your building's designated person for resetting students' passwords for Google and Clever. 


Make sure you are selecting "Login with Google." Your login information is the same as your credentials for your jackson.k12.ms.us account. 


You must reset your password from the SSRPM. Please click here and follow the directions.


Try restarting the device. If you are still having problems, please submit a Help Desk ticket here .


You must login to the WiFi using the JPSD Employee. The login information is the same as your email credentials.
